Safety, to be more specific, the safety of user funds has always been the topmost priority for us and we leave no stone unturned to make users feel more confident while using our platform, DecentraCredit.
Thus, we have redirected a part of the platform revenue towards an ‘Emergency Fund’ which will be utilised in case of rare, unprecedented, and unforeseen cases of emergency. Take a look at the flowchart below.
Notice that 5% is earmarked as an ‘Emergency Fund’.
So, for every 100 USD revenue the platform generates, 5 USD will go to a special vault which will be utilised only to compensate users in case of something going wrong from our end.
Where is it held? The fund is held in a separate and special vault. The vault address shall remain public for anyone and everyone to check the status of the vault and every incoming and outgoing transaction made from that vault.
The vault will be kept safe from mishandling using a multi-sig.
How to claim: If a user feels that he has met with financial loss due to some error from DecentraCredit, they can fill up a form and submit it. The platform will contact you with a proper response within 48 hours of receiving such a complaint.
Disclaimer: Users aren’t eligible for this compensation if the blame for fund mismanagement goes towards that particular user and not on the platform. Every case will be judged on its merit and classified separately.
